Description
## Description of proposed feature
Is it possible to add blooming effect like the one [Blender Math Anim](https://github.com/westNeighbor/Blender_math_anim)
## How can the new feature be used?
As a normal preset to add in.
## Additional comments
Hahah, I'm the owner of the [Blender Math Anim](https://github.com/westNeighbor/Blender_math_anim), just wanna people to know there is another option to do animations like 3Blue1Brown which is faster, easier and fancier and no code skills needed (with code is also very easy too). Please [⭐ Star my project](https://github.com/westNeighbor/Blender_math_anim) if you like it, it was a project half year ago, I plan to adapt it to Blender 5.0 and then release it soon.

Research direction
Review the linked Blender Math Anim project and its blooming effect to establish the intended visual behavior. Then inspect Manim’s existing preset mechanisms, which the issue does not name, and determine how the effect should be exposed as a normal preset. Done means the blooming effect is available for use as a preset and matches the intended examples.
