Description
Hello. I would like to animate several algorithms used in computer science. I've noticed it is not possible to add loop edges (edge from a node to itself) and it is not possible to assign weights to edges (decimal numbers). Can you add this functionality?

Research direction
Start by locating Manim's graph and edge entry points, then inspect any existing graph-related tests or examples. Define the supported behavior for self-loop edges and decimal edge weights before implementing it. Done means both requested edge types can be created and used in animations, with coverage for the new behavior.
