Description

## Description of bug / unexpected behavior
I ran the following scene:

```py
from manim import *
class Test(Scene):
def construct(self):
a = Circle().scale(2)
self.add(a)
self.interactive_embed()
```

with the following command: `manim -pqm stroke_shaders.py --renderer=opengl --use_projection_stroke_shaders --use_projection_fill_shaders`. This is a recording of me zooming and moving the camera around in interactive mode:

Research direction

Reproduce the scene with `manim -pqm stroke_shaders.py --renderer=opengl --use_projection_stroke_shaders --use_projection_fill_shaders`, then inspect the OpenGL projection stroke and fill shader paths involved during `interactive_embed()`. Use the linked recording as the observed failure and consider the issue done when camera zooming and movement no longer produce the reported rendering artifacts.
