Description
Hello,
I've implemented trollop in my script and have noticed that whenever I use this on my command line --help, a blank page is produced before the help screen is then shown.
Has anyone else noticed this behaviour and if so how can I ensure that the blank page isn't produced before the help screen is shown?
My setup is Windows 8.1 running latest version on trollop on Ruby 1.9.3
Thanks

Research direction
The issue names no files or tests. Reproduce ` --help` on Windows 8.1 with Ruby 1.9.3 and the latest Optimist version, then trace the command-line help path; done when the help screen appears without a preceding blank page.
