在使用Memo 本地视频 AI 总结功能时，之前已经完成AI 总结的视频总结内容无法查看（显示 AI 生成中）
To Reproduce
- 选择一个视频，启用 AI 总结功能。
- AI 总结过程未显示结果的过程中，去查看过去已经完成 AI 总结的视频。
- 此时之前总结完成的结果无法查看，提示 AI 生成中。
- 当刚刚第一步视频的 AI 总结完成后，之前总结完成的视频结果正常显示。
