您好，很喜歡你們的 Memo AI，前幾天使用都沒什麼問題，不過這一兩天處理的這兩部影片轉寫上效果都很差。我也遇到了類似 #9 的問題，嘗試了許多不同轉寫模型、語言、設定、檔案格式，但都沒有解決。以確定 Memo AI 為最新版本。使用 MacOs。如果有需要原始檔案的話，可以再 email 寄給你。

也參考過了常見問題的「为什么转写时出现大段重复内容？」，嘗試了裡面的做法，但是無法解決（但最後一點「手动截取掉噪音、空白片段」沒有嘗試過，因為影片太長 1 小時 40 分鐘。）
