一些本地视频在观看完后可能会从本地删除，以避免占用空间，只保留笔记。待复习的时候再重新下载观看，但是视频删除后重新下载的视频和笔记就不能匹配了，笔记中的时间戳也没有跳转功能了，不知能否支持如果笔记名称和视频名称一致，则能和新传入的视频自动匹配上，或者能够未新传入的视频增加以前做的笔记，而不是又新建一个笔记？
