Description

I had the following error on the Android: AuthorizationResponse.createTokenExchangeRequest
java.lang.IllegalStateException - authorizationCode not available for exchange request

and on iOS the error is: -[OIDURLQueryComponent addParameter:value:]
NSInvalidArgumentException - *** -[__NSArrayM insertObject:atIndex:]: object cannot be nil
