Description
As a user, I want to have a dialog for importing parsed/imported project metrics, so that I see all available Parser, Importer and can import my project from those into CodeCharta.
Acceptance criteria
- Clicking the folder button opens a dialog

- Dialog consists of the normal file importer (for cc.json) and a second option to import from importer or parser

- All available importers and parsers will be shown in that list
Assumptions & Exclusions
At the start there wont be any available, those will be implemented one after another.
