Description

* **uvloop version**: 0.17.0
* **Python version**: 3.11
* **Platform**: Linux Fedora 37 / rawhide
* **Can you reproduce the bug with `PYTHONASYNCIODEBUG` in env?**: unknown
* **Does uvloop behave differently from vanilla asyncio? How?**: unknown

The test fails to find the module cython_helper

Workaround:

`sed -i "s:import sys:import sys\nsys.path.append\(os.path.abspath\(os.path.dirname\(__file__\)\)\)\n:" tests/__main__.py`

Research direction

Start with tests/__main__.py and test_libuv_api.py, then reproduce the failure where cython_helper cannot be found. Compare the failing test invocation with the reported workaround for the module search path. Done means test_libuv_api.py locates cython_helper without requiring that manual workaround.
