Research direction

Start by reproducing the uvloop.loop import error in AWS Lambda on the Arm architecture with uvloop 0.16.0 and Python 3.8. Compare the behavior with vanilla asyncio and with PYTHONASYNCIODEBUG enabled; done means uvloop imports and runs successfully in that Lambda environment.
