Pictures in Cards tab unresponsive

When browsing cards to try to add to my collection, clicking on the pictures does nothing at all for me. Clicking the plus sign to try to "quick add" them results in a neverending loading symbol as show in the picture below.


I can right-click and open a card's page in a new tab, but the add card button still doesn't work. I thought it might be a browser or adblocker problem but I have tried four different browsers without adblocker and it hasn't worked for me yet.

Start by reproducing the problem from the Cards tab in multiple browsers and inspect the browser console and network requests for the image click and quick-add actions. Trace the entry point that handles card selection and adding cards; done means clicking a picture opens its card page and the plus action completes instead of loading indefinitely.
