Add option in increase skill slots number to album builder view

As far as I can see, the only way to modify the number of skill slots a card you have has is by going into the card view and selecting the account then increasing it. Reference picture below:


Would be more convenient if there was an option once a card has been idolised to be able to increase the skill slots the same way you can increase the skill level etc. from the album builder view. Reference picture for where an option to increase skill slots would be helpful:


No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by tracing how the album builder handles skill level changes and how card-view skill-slot increases are exposed, then determine the matching change needed for the album builder option. Done means an idolised card can increase its skill slots from the album builder as well as from card view.
