Description

As motors are now set to coast, add functionality to drivetrain to put robot into a brake position

- [ ] Set swerve modules to point inward (like an X pattern)
- [ ] Do not interfere with existing drivetrain functionality
- [ ] Only engage when requested, and disengage when given driving instructions (so don't just brake when no other input given)

Research direction

Start by locating the drivetrain implementation and the swerve module control code. Read how driving instructions are received and how module angles are set before deciding where the requested brake state belongs. Done means the modules form an inward X only when requested, driving instructions disengage it, and existing drivetrain behavior remains unaffected.
