Description
The Core contains hasAttribute, getAttribute, and ReverseDictionary
privately, which makes it inconvenient for a package write to implement a
method for making expressions of a new type that implements the
GlobalAssignHook with the globalAssignFunction. (See, for example, how it's
done in the package NormalToricVarieties). How can we simplify all that?
