Description
This function is not well documented. The following phrase occurs in the doc:
`first i blocks of the monomial order are zero`
but, the term "block" is not defined.
What would be nice is to not use this function, but instead define one perhaps like so:
selectColumns(Subset of vars, Matrix) --> Matrix
