Description
```
i1 : L = {set{1,3},set{0},set{2}}
o1 = {set {1, 3}, set {0}, set {2}}
o1 : List
i2 : L = sort L
o2 = {set {2}, set {0}, set {1, 3}}
o2 : List
i3 : L = sort L
o3 = {set {1, 3}, set {0}, set {2}}
o3 : List
i4 : L = sort L
o4 = {set {2}, set {0}, set {1, 3}}
o4 : List
```
Not really sure what causes this, but repeatedly sorting a list of Sets appears to alternate between two orders.

Research direction
Reproduce the alternating order with the interactive examples in the issue, especially the repeated `sort L` commands on a list of Sets. Trace the sorting behavior for Sets and verify that sorting the same list repeatedly produces one stable order rather than alternating between the two shown orders.
