Description
apply and scan accept `break` and return that value, but `continue` doesn't work:
```m2
i1 : apply(5, i -> if i == 3 then break i else i)
o1 = 3
i2 : apply(5, i -> if i == 3 then continue else i)
stdio:2:29:(3): error: unhandled continue command
```

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with the supplied apply and scan examples, then locate the implementations of apply, scan, and continue handling in the Macaulay2 source. Done means continue is accepted in these calls without an unhandled-command error and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
