Description

The problem is in the title. Here is an example:

```
R = QQ[x,y, Degrees=>{{1,0},{0,1}}]
isRegularSequence {x,y}
```
yields `false`.

After a brief look at the code. It is doing something with Hilbert functions that assumes a standard graded ring.

Research direction

Start by locating the `isRegularSequence` implementation in the `Depth` package and reproduce the supplied multigraded-ring example. Inspect the Hilbert-function logic mentioned in the report, then use the example to verify that the function handles multigraded settings correctly.
