Description
Here are the remaining wishlist items after #3797 was merged:
- potentially reorder Author and Version and Citation and Certificate, or even combine them in some way that makes sense
- allow authors to add more than just the bibtex reference, e.g. provide two references and explain in which situation which one should be cited, or links, etc.
- possibly exclude certain packages (say Style, but probably others too) from having a citation section. Style doesn't even have an Author's section, so it kinda feels silly to have a citation section.

Research direction
Start with the citation-related changes from #3797 and review how Author, Version, Citation, and Certificate are currently presented. Define a coherent approach for multiple references or links and determine which packages should omit citation sections, including Style; done means the wishlist has an agreed, implementable scope.
