Description
Hi,
the CSS is not being rendered when opening a new document.
How to reproduce:
1. Create the file `~/Library/Application Support/MacDown/Styles/Bug.css`:
```CSS
html {
background: red;
}
```
2. Load the CSS in MacDown
3. Create a new document
Expected: Red background
Actual: White background
