Description
Hi, noticed the following issue running **MacOS version 10.12.5 (16F73)** and **MacDown version 0.7.1 (870)**.
Steps to recreate:
* Open or create any document
* Hide the Preview Pane (Command-Shift-H)
* Type anything
* Print (Command-P)
* Notice that the new content does not show up in print preview or if you generate a PDF
* This also happens if you chose to export PDF (Alt-Command-E) or HTML (Alt-Command-P)

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in MacDown with the Preview Pane hidden, then exercise Command-P, Alt-Command-E, and Alt-Command-P after editing the document. Trace the print preview, PDF export, and HTML export entry points; done means each generated or previewed result includes the latest content.
