Description
I think it would be real nice if MacDown had a plugin manager for plugin discovery, installing and managing installed plugins. Right now if you haven't installed any plugins the _Plug-ins_ menu is empty.
Could be a quite simple implementation - for example the plugin repository could be static JSON data hosted under GitHub pages. Downloading plugins from external GitHub repos.

Research direction
Start by tracing MacDown’s existing Plug-ins menu and plugin handling. Define how a static JSON repository hosted on GitHub Pages would support plugin discovery, installation, and management from external GitHub repositories; done means the menu supports those workflows instead of being empty when no plugins are installed.
