Description

I love macdown and use it to take notes every day, but modifying the size of the inserted image is pretty annoying by input `` every time.
If there is a way to implement the syntax `![](pic/location/url =200x)` like Mou, or just add an alternative way of `cmd + shift + i` to input `` directly.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating MacDown's image insertion command and its Markdown-to-HTML handling, then clarify whether the project should support Mou-style image sizing or a shortcut for inserting an HTML image tag. Done means one agreed sizing workflow is implemented and verified for inserted images.
