Description
I think, such as adding vim's cursor block style. Are you planning to do this? Or just please tell me where the cursor style code file located, I want to modify it.(I didn't find useful information on the Internet.)
Thanks!

Research direction
Start by locating the cursor-style implementation in the MacDown repository and reviewing how the editor currently renders cursors. The issue does not identify a file, entry point, or acceptance criteria; done would require defining and implementing additional cursor styles such as a Vim-like block style.
