Description
I currently have 5 MD windows opened, all with the name "README.md". When switching between them, I need to read the text in the file to distinguish one from the other. It would be very handy if some (or all) of the full directory pathname was visible in one or both of the following places:
- At the top (or bottom) of the window (e.g., the way that the Finder can display the full path at the bottom of a Finder window). It would be more useful for the path to be displayed next to the filename.
- In the "Window" menu (i.e. full path)
I realize that this is similar to #83 , but showing the full (or partial) path of existing windows would be a very useful feature.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by tracing how existing windows are represented and how their titles and the Window menu are populated; done means users can distinguish multiple windows with the same filename using a full or partial directory path in at least one requested location.
