Description
Some fonts (including the one I happen to prefer for text editing) render poorly when anti-aliased. It would be great if there were an option in MacDown to allow anti-aliasing of the editor font to be disabled.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating MacDown's editor-font preference and the macOS text-rendering code, then determine where an anti-aliasing option belongs. Done means users can disable anti-aliasing specifically for the editor font and the behavior is verified in the application.
