Description

Is it true, that Macdown doesn't offer the possibility to scale images (as it is possible in Mou for example).
Would be great to include that.

In Mou you can:

`![](./pic/pic1_50.png =100x20)`

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating MacDown's Markdown image-rendering entry point and review how the Mou syntax `![](./pic/pic1_50.png =100x20)` is parsed or rendered. Done means supported image dimensions are rendered correctly in MacDown, with coverage for the requested syntax.
