Description

I find that clicking the Reload button on the Rendering pref pane doesn't always (ever?) work. Instead I switch to another style and then back, though this doesn't always work either.

Right now, it's also having trouble following an alias that I use so that I can keep my css in github. (I thought it was working yesterday.) If I instead create a symlink, that seems to work fine, at least for now.

Research direction

Start at the Rendering preference pane and reproduce stylesheet reloads using the Reload button, switching styles, and an alias versus a symlink. Trace how stylesheet changes and file paths are handled; done means Reload consistently applies changes and aliases work as expected.
