Description
I'd really like MacDown to support command line options. Specifically, I'd like to be able to enable or disable various rendering flags. I'd also like to be able to have a command-line selectable preview-only mode.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. First clarify which rendering flags must be exposed and how preview-only mode should be selected from the command line. Done should include documented command-line behavior for those options and tests covering the supported modes.
