Description

BUG: Intradocument links (e.g., `[Reference another place in the document](#other-reference)`) do not work in the exported PDF. Their appearance is that of a link, but when clicked, nothing apparently happens.

I'm creating the internal anchor in this way: `Other Place`. The links work in the editor and in the exported HTML.

I'm using MacDown 0.2.5.1 (431) on an iMac running OS X 10.9.5.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in MacDown 0.2.5.1 using the linked Markdown and HTML anchor example, then compare the editor, exported HTML, and exported PDF behavior. The issue is done when the internal link opens its target in the exported PDF.
