Description

It seems MacDown is very aggressive when downloading images in a `![name](url)` construct.

While editing a GitHub readme with a lot of Github Actions badge references suddenly my badges started showing up as the ? image. And when I tried to access GitHub through the browser, or even with a `git push`, it turned out that GitHub had locked my out for excessive API use...
