Research direction

Reproduce the issue in MacDown.app 0.7.3 on macOS Catalina using the listed Help, Contributing to MacDown, View, Hide Editor Pane, and window-edge resize steps. Trace the window-resizing and editor-pane visibility handling; done means resizing the hidden-pane window no longer makes the editor pane appear.
