Description
When working with multiple Readme's at a time, it's very unhelpful to merge all macdown windows, as each tab will only show the individual file name which is usually some case variation of 'Readme.md'. This makes it really confusing when trying to find a specific readme.
Would it be posssible to also show the folder that this file is inside in the tabs?

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by opening multiple README files and merging their windows, then locate the tab title handling in the MacDown application. Done means tabs distinguish files with the same name by also showing the containing folder.
