Link and jump to anchor in another .md file

This is a great app and I write many files of notes with it, and link between them extensively. It would be very helpful if I could link to and jump to the anchor in another file, as in:
`[My Notes - stuff](notes/my-notes.md#stuff)`
Is something like this possible to implement? Thanks!
