Description
Dear developpers,
After having installed macdown from brew and open it, it turns out that all the interface is in Japanese. Since I don't speak that language, that's not really convenient.
How could I switch it to English?
NB : a similar issue happened before https://github.com/MacDownApp/macdown/issues/1004
NB2 : by default, my mac uses French, but I have also Japanese and Chinese language installed.
Thank you for your work.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue using the Homebrew-installed MacDown on a Mac with French, Japanese, and Chinese languages enabled. Compare the behavior with issue #1004 and determine whether the application can select English; done means English is consistently used or clear switching instructions are provided.
