Description
Will KeyBERT give meaningful results for very short sentences like,
`The United States is the only nation that grants legal permanent residency to more than a million people per year. `
OR
`A study showed as many as one in four people have had a package stolen from their residence. `
Any specific embedding model that would be well suited for this case?

Research direction
Start by reproducing KeyBERT on the two short-sentence examples in the issue and compare results across available embedding models. Review the embedding-model configuration and documentation to determine whether a specific model is appropriate; done means providing evidence-based guidance for short sentences or clearly documenting the limitation.
