Description
This error occurred when I was processing some word documents. Sometimes this error occurs and sometimes it does not. I looked at the error message. In the _bertropic.py file, line 4024, this error will appear when the topics are all -1. , because the unique_topics parameter is empty, is there any way to avoid this error.?

Research direction
Start at _bertopic.py line 4024 and inspect the path taken when all topics are -1 and unique_topics is empty. Reproduce the intermittent failure while processing word documents if possible, then verify that this case no longer raises the reported list-index error.
