Description
Hello. I am always thanking of your great work.
Although it made my project very more easier, I have a simple question that couldn't be solved.
When I have duplicate data samples, it has always been allocated to difference clusters.
I have some example but it was in my language (Korean), so I figured out one example from other github issues,
which consists of 1,-1 being allocated to different clusters.

```python
data = np.array([[1,1]] * 500)
clusterer = hdbscan.HDBSCAN(min_cluster_size=5, cluster_selection_method='eom').fit(data)
clusterer.labels_
From this github issue, I thought applying 'allow_single_cluster=True' will solve the duplicates being clustered difference clusters problem, but it didn't.
Can I get other solution than this?
Thank you.
Research direction
Start with the Python reproduction in the issue and compare its HDBSCAN configuration with the linked HDBSCAN issue, especially the behavior of duplicate samples and allow_single_cluster=True. Confirm whether identical input rows can receive different labels and determine what behavior should be considered correct; no project file or test is named in the report.
