I tried to !pip install bertopic on my business laptop but failed, worked in colab on my personal laptop thou. Below is the message after install:

Checked my installed package list, pretty sure that it is not installed successfully. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks ahead

Reproduce `pip install bertopic` in the reported Python 3.10 environment and capture the complete error after the dependency output shown here. Compare the business-laptop environment with the working Colab setup; done when the package installs successfully and the installed package list confirms BERTopic and its dependencies.
