Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing BERTopic's zero-shot classification and representation capabilities, then determine how candidate topic labels should be compared with new documents and when OpenAI should generate a new label. Done means a documented, reproducible workflow or implementation that covers both existing-label matching and new-label creation.
