Description
Is the minimum value for top_n_words 10? If I try to reduce it further, I am getting an error ‘attempt to get argmax of an empty sequence’ .

Research direction
Start by reproducing the error when the BERTopic top_n_words parameter is below 10 and inspect the code path that handles that setting. Confirm the intended minimum or behavior, then add a regression test showing that the chosen behavior no longer raises an empty-sequence argmax error.
