Description
I have yearly text data and want to find new topics (emerging) every month which were not there last month. Also, would like to check trend of these emerging topics for next month.

First steps

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. First clarify how monthly emerging topics and next-month trends should be defined, then map those requirements to BERTopic’s existing topic-modeling functionality. Done should include an agreed scope and acceptance criteria for detecting and evaluating those topics.
