Description

I ran the code and got 10 topics but previously when i ran the code last year i could see 16 topics. I have already set the random state in umap model. However, is it because of warnings received because of the splitting of documents.

even the the number of input files and the output files don't match.

Research direction

The issue provides no code, file, test, or reproducible dataset to start from. Compare the UMAP configuration, document-splitting warnings, and input/output file counts using a reproducible example; done means identifying why topic counts differ or documenting the missing conditions needed to reproduce it.
