FR: wrap text in hover annotation

Hi, great project!

I notice that when hover annotations get pretty long they are not limited in width and get pretty unusable.

When I ran into this very issue in a personnal project I used text wrapping sort of like this and it worked great (this example is to have an idea of what is missing in the source code):

'.join(textwrap.wrap(x, width=60)))

```

Going the extra mile would be adding a "header" to specify relevant information on hover like the point index id, the labels of the topic etc.

PS: textwrap is in the default python library

Start by locating the BERTopic visualization code that builds hover annotations and compare its current behavior with the issue's long-text example. Done means long annotations wrap within a readable width; the optional header for point IDs or topic labels should be confirmed with maintainers before including it.
