Description

Currently, most shops only buy stuff they already sell or few to no items at all. They should purchase more goods from the player. This will help stimulate economy for low level players and give slightly more purpose to duplicate or low tier items.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First locate the shop buying logic and review how available goods are defined, then clarify which shops and item categories should change with a maintainer. Done should mean shops consistently buy a broader, agreed set of player items and the behavior is covered by the project's existing checks.
