Add profile picture upload functionality using Cloudinary. Currently all profiles show default avatar.
Requirements:
- Upload image from gallery or camera
- Crop/resize before upload (square, 512x512)
- Store in Cloudinary Storage
- Display avatar in profiles and posts
- Support JPEG, PNG, WebP formats
