Description
On the /resume/experience route, you should:
- Return the index position of the new Experience in the Experience list when a POST request is made

Research direction
Start at the POST handler for /resume/experience and inspect how the Experience list is stored and updated. Implement the route behavior so a successful POST returns the new Experience's index position in that list. Done means the response contains the correct index after adding an Experience.
