Installation on macOS reports missing torch / torchvision distribution

I'm running a rather prehistoric version of macOS, so not sure if supported.

The project page lists Python 3.6 as supported so I tried installing clipbit with Python 3.6.15 but it didn't work due to a missing torchvision distribution. I then tried installing with the most recent Python 3.9.10 but that worked neither due to a missing torch distribution.

Start by reproducing the Python 3.6 and 3.9 installation commands from the issue on macOS 10.14. Inspect the published clipbit dependency metadata for the pinned torch and torchvision requirements. Done means the supported macOS and Python combinations install successfully, or the project clearly documents that these combinations are unsupported.
