Description

After end-to-end validation of the Snakemake pipeline against the Law baseline, remove all Law/Luigi infrastructure: delete aframe/tasks/, aframe/pipelines/, aframe/base.py, aframe/config.py, aframe/parameters.py, aframe/targets.py, aframe/helm.py, law.cfg, and luigi.cfg. Remove luigi and law from all pyproject.toml files. This issue depends on all other Snakemake Pipeline sub-issues being complete.

Research direction

Wait for the Snakemake Pipeline sub-issues and inspect the open pull request linked to this issue first. Then verify the listed aframe paths, law.cfg, luigi.cfg, and every pyproject.toml, and confirm that end-to-end validation against the Law baseline is complete before considering the removal done.
